Shipping costs are added to all orders and depend on weight and country.
Stock items are delivered in 2-7 days. Article are in stock unless otherwise noted in product delivery description, you can also see the inventory number of each article.
6. Warranty
In general it is 1 year. 3 months for halogen and 1 month for LED Bulbs. EU Consumer Laws are fully valid.
All warranty is valid from Date of purchase.
Please contact us if any malfunction during warranty time. Defective item only is to be sent back by mail service to below address for replacement. Enclose copy of the receipe. Usually it’s possible to determine correct source of malfunction by replacing with another similar product (change side with ballast f.ex).
7. Non-stock item
Some items may be Non-stock item. This may result in longer delivery times than normal.
8. Uncollected parcel
If the parcel is not collected within 7 days from the UPS Service Point, it will be returned to us. We will process a refund for your purchase, minus the shipping costs for both ways. 9. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 30-day return policy – 100% customer satisfaction or your money back. Return the item in the condition that you would consider acceptable to receive it yourself. You are, of course, entitled to open the packaging and test the product. In the event of damage to a returned product, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or reject the return. Refunds or cancellation of invoices/installment payments are normally processed within 5 business days.
